Who's Building What?
If YOU are planning on adding on, remodeling, painting or whatever, you may need to have your plans approved by the Wellington Park Architectual Review Committee as well as get an Overland Park Building permit. Copies of both of these forms are available on the Documents page of this site.
Many of you are aware that proposals are being submitted for building on the open land at the corner of 151st and Antioch.

In order to understand whats being proposed and what our homeowners association can and is doing to make sure our needs are looked after, meetings have been held in the clubhouse with interested members of Hunter's Glen and Wellington Park Board members.
A proposal currently under consideration has been submitted by Mr. Jim Lambie of Lambie-Geer Homes. Mr. Lambie has met with several of the residents of Hunter's Glen at various times to discuss his proposals.

Other meetings have been held on various other nights out in the middle of Benson Street to discuss the latest developments .. things change daily .. so .. stay tuned!!
